Dr. Kimberly Spartz graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Following veterinary school, she completed a small animal rotating internship at the Ohio State University before pursuing a residency in veterinary cardiology at Iowa State University.
Dr. Spartz has a special interest in the long-term management of congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, and minimally invasive interventional cardiology. She enjoys following patients throughout the course of their disease, helping families navigate complex cardiac conditions, and tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s individual needs.
She is excited to call Maine home and looks forward to exploring everything New England has to offer while experiencing life outside of the Midwest. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Spartz enjoys both reading and exploring the outdoors.
