Presenter: Julie Squires, Certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist, Certified Master Life Coach
If you truly understood the power of your mind, you’d be unstoppable. Instead, most of us walk around feeling like our mood is determined by clients, coworkers, management, and the chaos of the day. In How To Feel Better, you’ll learn the real-world version of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and a practical cognitive tool that helps you take your emotional power back. Less spiraling, more steadiness, and a way to feel better that does not require anyone else to change first.
