Tyler Charbonneau, DVM, Residency Trained in Dermatology
Dr. Tyler Charbonneau graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Florida. Following graduation, Dr. Charbonneau completed a rigorous small animal rotating internship with VCA ARECA in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Charbonneau then went on to complete his dermatology residency training with Dermatology for Animals in Phoenix, AZ in 2024 and will be sitting for his dermatology board examination in November of 2024.
Dr. Charbonneau’s professional interests include allergy management, laser surgery, cryosurgery, and auto-immune disease management. He is especially fond of the human-animal bond and long-term relationships built with patients and clients. He greatly enjoys the wide array of treatment strategies in dermatology that allow us to maximize our compliance and efficacy while also preserving the human-animal bond.
While not working, Tyler loves fitness, being active in the outdoors, and spending time with his incredible wife, Alexis, and their pets (2 dogs and 2 cats). Tyler and his wife are very involved with CrossFit and occasionally partake in competitions. They also really enjoy traveling, hiking with their dogs, scuba diving, kayaking, and attending sporting events.
